It's Time.

After 11 years and over 10,000 nautical miles of living our passion, health concerns have caused us to re-evaluate our lifestyle.  It is time for us to move off of the water and into a land yacht with wheels instead of a keel, in search of new horizons and sunsets.

We are the 2nd owners of Free N Clear, a 1975 Whitby 42 center cockpit ketch.  Designed by Naval Architect Ted Brewer, this Canadian built Whitby  was commissioned by Larry & Dorothy Haupt and christened Hauptsache.  In anticipation (and realization) of Atlantic crossings the boat was built with a reinforced transom to accommodate a RVG wind steering vane.  Other custom features included aft facing ports in the aft stateroom, and 2 extra opening ports in the v-berth.  After our purchase and a 1999 refit, she was christened Free N Clear.

Free N Clear is currently located in Boot Key Harbor, Marathon, Florida.  She is ready to go with many upgrades since her initial launch.  Her price has been reduced to $84,900.  Contact Gary Monnell from Whiteaker Yacht Sales at gary@whiteakeryachtsales.com or give him a call at 727-403-5456.
