1999 Refit

7 Interlux 1000/2000 Barrier Coats 
Our new boat came with blisters.  A lot of blisters.

We had the hull ''peeled'' from the water line down, the deeper blisters ground out, the boat sat on the hard for 6 months drying, then the divots were filled and fared, and seven barrier coats were applied, the bottom paint over that.

During that 6 month waiting time we did our refit:
  • Prop Shaft and Prop
  • Cutlass Bearing
  • Standing and Running Rigging
  • Cockpit and Main Salon AM/FM speakers installed
  • 36 in SS Wheel
  • Cushions all re-upholstered
  • Depth Sounder and Knotmeter
  • Mermaid Air Conditioners, 16,000/6500 btu
  • 3 kw Generator (since upgraded/replaced with 5500 watt generator)
  • Thru Hulls replaced
  • Stanchions/Chain plates rebedded
  • Pro-Furl installed
  • Main Boom replaced
  • Auto-Pilot installed
  • Custom made Hand Crafted Mattress Co. in owner's stateroom
